Travel Form & Instructions

To complete your registration for the Erice Workshop, all participants (Invited Speakers and Participants) are required to fill in and submit the official Travel Form and respect the deadlines listed below.

The completed form and all related correspondence must be sent by e-mail to:

Registration deadlines

• December 10, 2025 – Submit at least a partial version of the Travel Form to confirm your participation.

• January 15, 2026 – Deadline for payment of the participation contribution (for both Invited Speakers and Participants).

• March 1, 2026 – Deadline for submitting the fully completed Travel Form, including all travel and flight details.

Timely submission of the form and payment is essential to allow the Ettore Majorana Foundation and Centre for Scientific Culture to properly organize the workshop.

Abstracts and posters

Lecturers are required to submit a short text-only abstract using the submission tool available on the workshop website. Participants wishing to present a poster are encouraged to submit their contribution through the same platform.

Invitation letter for visa

Participants who require an invitation letter for visa purposes should indicate their passport number in the Travel Form. The organizers will then provide an official invitation letter upon request.
