Talks and lectures: from March 30 to April 2 (4 days)

Departure Day: Friday, April 3, 2026

Registration deadlines:

• December 10, 2025  – Submit at least a partial version of the travel form to confirm your participation.

• January 15, 2026 – Extended 31 January 2026 Deadline for payment of the participation contribution (for both Invited Speakers and Participants).

• March 1, 2026 – Deadline for submitting the fully completed travel form, including all travel and flight details.
