Fees and SupportFees and Support: No registration fees will be required. Pre-Registration is OPEN. If you are interested in attending this workshop or if you are an invited speaker, please, register asap. Accommodation, meals, and local transportation will be partially subsidized by the Majorana Centre. A contribution of €825 per participant (including invited speakers) will fully cover: 1. Transportation, specifically arranged for workshop participants, to and from Palermo or Trapani airports on the designated arrival (March 29) and departure (April 3) days 2. Five nights’ accommodation in the historical facilities of the Majorana Centre or in local hotels 3. All breakfasts, served at the Majorana Centre 4. All main meals, served at a selection of local restaurants in Erice (beverages excluded) 5. After dinner, participants can gather in the “Marsala Room” for discussions accompanied by a tasting of authentic Sicilian Marsala wine 6. Coffee breaks during the conference 7. Social dinner 8. Guided visit/excursion as part of the conference program (entrance tickets to attractions not included) Note: Accompanying persons are allowed. Accompanying persons under the age of 12 may benefit from the all-inclusive package (lodging, meals, transport to/from airports on March 29 and April 3) free of any charge. Other accompanying persons are kindly requested to pay a fee of 165 € per day. Accompanying persons are considered in all respects as regular participants with the same benefits and duties and are requested to wear the EMFCSC badge. Please indicate the name(s) of accompanying person(s) in the Travel Form, special cases (children, accompanying nurse, etc.) should be discussed with the Conference Scientific Secretary. The participation fee of 825 € is unbreakable, independently of the number of days you stay at the conference. Accompanying persons are charged on a daily basis. Please bring with you a copy of the bank receipt proving the payment, you will receive the official receipt from the EMFCSC Secretariat upon arrival. Special short-stay condition: If, for extraordinary reasons and with the explicit agreement of the EMFCSC, a short-stay is allowed, the invited speaker/participant must pay 165 € per day and explicitly indicate the period of their stay both in the Travel Form and in the payment reference. Scholarships: A very limited number of scholarships, offering a 50% reduction in fees, are available for PhD students and early-career Postdoctoral researchers. Applications will be considered in the order received, with priority given to those traveling from distant locations. All payments (Invited Speakers, Participants, and Accompanying persons) are due no later than January 15, 2026.
